Bonbon squash
Bonbon squash also called Kabocha a variety of the buttercup squash family, it tends to be sweeter than the average squash, so we have one for you to try along with a recipe. Enjoy this easy roasted squash recipe, it can be used as a snack, starter or part of your main dish.
INGREDIENTS :
: 1 Bonbon, : 1 Onion sliced, : Juice of ½ lime, : 3 Cloves of garlic sliced
: 2 tbsp sliced coriander, : 2 tsp fresh rosemery sliced, : 1 tbsp sliced ginger : 1 tsp tyme, ; Salt, : Pepper,
: ½ cup olive oil.

2. One of the easiest ways to peel squash is to first cut it up into thick slices, then cut the skin of those slices. Afterwards, cut the squash into uniformed sized cubes.
3. Combine all the ingredients to make a sauce and toss the squash cubes in the sauce.
Sprinkle the olive oil on a baking tray, then spread the squash cubes on the tray
4. Roast the squash for approximately 45 minutes or until soft.
