CUCUMBER SALSA

1 cucumber, chopped
50g onion, chopped
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
2 tbsp fresh coriander , chopped
1 chilli, seeded and chopped
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp water
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine all ingredients together, season to taste and serve with tortilla chips.
